Accelerating collection and use of soil health information using AI technology (AI4SoilHealth)

The European Commission has set an ambitious goal of transitioning towards healthy soils by 2030. As such, it is important to assess and monitor soil health metrics. The EU-funded AI4SoilHealth project will co-design, create, and maintain an open-access Europe-wide digital infrastructure founded on advanced AI methods combined with new and deep soil health understanding and measures.

The IIASA vision for 2021 to 2030 is to be the primary destination for integrated systems solutions and policy insights to current, emerging and novel global sustainability challenges, threats, and opportunities.

Members

Each IIASA member is represented by a National or Regional Member Organization that governs and funds the institute and acts as a bridge to link the country’s research and policy communities to IIASA.
