Guest Research Scholar Vahideh Shirvani from the Cooperation and Transformative Governance (CAT) Research Group will present her project at the Urban Infrastructure Risk and Resilience Webinar.
The Urban Infrastructure Risk and Resilience Webinar is organized jointly by the Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES), and the UNESCO Regional Centre for Early Warning and Assessment (RCEWA).
The event will bring together international experts to discuss key topics, including transportation network resilience, infrastructure risk assessment, flood vulnerability, and structural systems.
Vahideh, together with Prof. Mohsen Ghafory-Ashtiany and Dr. Nadejda Komendantova, will present their study on “Developing a System Model to Evaluate Risk of Urban Transportation Networks.”
