This hands on workshop will present natural forest extent data from the SBTN natural lands map and an update to the forest management map 2015 developed by IIASA and VITO. Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the forest management map.
Organized together with World Research Institute (WRI), this workshop will present natural forest extent data from the Science Based Targets Network (SBTN) natural lands map and an update to the Lesiv et al. 2015 forest management map.
We encourage Global Forest Watch, Geo-Wiki users and everyone interested in visual interpretation of high resolution images to attend the event and use the chance to provide feedback on the forest management map.
