IIASA researchers participate in the 6th European Climate Change Adaptation Conference (ECCA 2023) - "Actionable Knowledge for a Climate Resilient Europe".
The European Climate Change Adaptation Conference is aimed at researchers, policy-makers, local authorities, NGOs, youth and education organisations and other interested stakeholders with a focus on climate change and adaptation, offering an opportunity for dialogue and a platform to share examples of challenges and potential solutions. Europe's influential climate adaptation conference expects 500 participants with live streaming of all plenary sessions and interactive hybrid formats.
IIASA researchers Susanne Hanger-Kopp, Julia Beier and John Handmer from the Equity and Justice (EQU) Research Group will present latest results of their research projects WaterStressAT, and MakingAchange.
IIASA researchers Naomi Rubenstein, Jung Hee Hyun, Teresa Deubelli-Hwang from the Systemic Risk and Resilience (SYRR) Research Group will present their research projects Flood Resilience Alliance and the TRUST Strategic Initiative.
