The Biodiversity, Ecology and Conservation (BEC) group is dedicated to support and promote early career researchers who wish to engage with us and our work. The overall objective of the Energy, Climate, and Environment (ECE) Program is to provide evidence-based, scientific roadmaps for feasible systems transformations that simultaneously meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ambitious climate change mitigation targets.

The "IIASA 50^th Anniversary Science Diplomacy Event - the Need for International Scientific Cooperation and Multilateralism" was held on 14 June 2022 in Vienna, Austria. It brought together members of the research community, experts, representatives of the diplomatic corps and international organizations.
