IIASA is pleased to announce that 36 of its researchers and alumni have been featured in the 2025 edition of the Research.com Top Scientists ranking, highlighting the Institute’s continued excellence across a range of disciplines.
Research.com, a platform for academic rankings, publishes annual lists of the world’s top scholars across various scientific fields. The 2025 rankings once again showcase the strength and impact of IIASA research in areas such as Earth science, ecology and evolution, engineering and technology, environmental sciences, and social sciences and humanities.
The rankings are based on an in-depth analysis of scholarly data, including citation metrics, publication volume, and academic achievements such as awards and recognition.
