By applying the multi-state model of population dynamics, including differential fertility, mortality and migration rates, IIASA has produced projections of the European and Asian population by age, sex and four levels of educational attainment. The results are now presented with the European Demographic Data Sheet 2012 and the Asian Demographic and Human Capital Data Sheet 2012.
European Data Sheet
In collaboration with the Vienna Institute of Demography, the Wittgenstein Centre and the Asian Meta Centre the work from 2008 and 2010 has been updated, including more recent demographic and education data when available and more countries than were included in the previous rounds.
