
IIASA Deputy Director General for Science Leena Srivastava will be the distinguished speaker at India's most important conference on global technologies and innovation in the agriculture sector.

The Confederation of India Industry (CII) is hosting the second conference to facilitate deliberation on adoption of global technologies and innovations in the agricultural sector. IIASA Deputy Director General for Science Leena Srivastava will join global industry leaders and thinkers sharing their expertise and knowledge through focused panel discussions. The event will also provide a digital platform to showcase the latest innovations.
Srivastava will speak at the Session: Monetizing sustainability in agriculture, focusing on the need to bring forth various models and strategies to monetize sustainability in the agricultural sector.
The session will be chaired by Rajesh Srivastava, Chairman IntelAgri 2021 and Executive Chairman, and Rabo Equity Advisor, with distinguished panelists including: Jai Agarwal (Co-Chairman, Regional Committee on Food, Agriculture and Dairy CII Northern Region and Managing Director - CP Milk and Food Products Pvt Ltd, Rajeev Ahal, Director Natural Resource Management & Agro-ecology (GIZ), Ken Hollen, CEO, Humankind Group, US, Damandeep Singh, Director, India - Carbon Disclosure Project, and Jasmer Dhingra, Senior Program Manager IDH, The Sustainable Trade Initiative.
