The NCGG brings together scientists, experts, decision makers and other stakeholders in the field of Climate Change with a view of supporting the development of efficient and effective technologies and policies aimed at decreasing the radiative forcing due to non-CO2 greenhouse gases, ozone and aerosols

The NCGG9 conference will bring together scientists and engineers on the one hand, and decision makers in the public and private sectors on the other hand. As such, it will actively support the implementation of promising policies and technologies to reduce NCGG-emissions. Special attention will be paid to the Climate Convention, and to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The scope of NCGG9 will be to identify game changers and evaluate impact.

Four IIASA Researchers from the Pollution Management Research Group in the Energy, Climate, and Environment Program will chair the sessions, take part in panels discussions and present at the conference.
