Risk perceptions are an essential factor that can influence decisions regarding innovation and investment into innovation which is connected with technological development.
Nadejda Komendantova discusses the features of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) as a tool which facilitates risk perceptions of various groups of stakeholders. She provides examples of application of MCDA from various projects including energy policy in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region and communication and social media policy in the European Union.
