IIASA Program Director and Principal Research Scholar Steffen Fritz will be attending a joint meeting to discuss the potential collaboration between JRC and partners of the Transparent Monitoring project.
In particular, the conversation will aim to explore how the Transparent Monitoring project can support the EU’s zero deforestation and traceability ambitions and the EU forest observatory. It will be furthermore discussed how current IIASA activities such as the Forest Management layer and planned upcoming versions of it can support the observatory.
