Biography
Côme Cheritel joined the Ecosystems Services and Management Program (ESM) as a Researcher Assistant in April 2019.He is taking part in the ERM project (Medium Complexity Earth System Risk Management), aiming at performing a comprehensive analysis of the complex climate-economy system. He is carrying out exploratory work on the DICE model, looking at a potential rigorous and robust definition of the SCC (Social Cost of Carbon), a key concept for policy making and assessment in order to mitigate global warming.
Mr. Cheritel holds a master's-level diploma in multidisciplinary science from École Polytechnique, and is currently studying economics at Ponts ParisTech and Paris School of Economics.
