Biography

Claudia Reiter joined the World Population (POP) Program as a Research Assistant in July 2018. Her main research focus is the collection, preparation and evaluation of data on education. She is further interested in the interrelation between environmental change and population dynamics.

Previous to joining IIASA, Ms. Reiter contributed to research projects at the Institute for Public Sector Economics at the WU (Vienna). She holds a Master's of Science degree in Socio-ecological Economics and Policy also from the WU and a Bachelor's degree in Economics (University of Vienna) and International Management (University of Applied Science FH JOANNEUM). She has also completed parts of her studies at the University of Santiago de Chile.
