Biography
Andrey Lessa Derci Augustynczik joined the Integrated Biosphere Futures (IBF) research group, in the Biodiversity and Natural Resources (BNR) program in 2021.He holds a master's degree in forest sciences from the University of Eastern Finland/University of Freiburg and a PhD in forest economics from the University of Freiburg. Dr. Lessa Derci Augustynczik has experience in forest planning, forest economics and biophysical modeling, with a focus on climate change impacts and forest ecosystems functioning.
