Poster abstract submission deadline: 7 November 2022, at 11:59 CET.
All abstracts will be reviewed on a rolling basis until 9 November 2022.
You will be notified at the e-mail address provided during submission, whether your abstract has been selected or rejected by the Poster Abstract Selection Committee.

Poster guidelines for selected abstracts
To better fit the needs of the conference, posters shall be submitted as PDF in DIN A1 format, portrait or landscape layout.
Organizers will print all selected posters which will be displayed on site and virtually during the conference.
Successful candidates will be provided with further details and instructions on how to proceed.
Terms and Conditions of Poster Abstract Submission
Submission Topic(s)
The Poster Abstract Selection Committee will select poster abstract submissions based on criteria of quality and relevance to the conference focus.
Maximum number of submitted posters per conference participant: 2.
Commitment
The submission of an abstract, provided it has been selected, constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their poster in the poster session at a time assigned by the Organizing Committee.
Co-Authors
The co-authors identified on the submission form will also be credited in the final conference program.
Best Poster Award
The best poster award winner will be announced at the end of the conference.
The best poster award will be provided by IIASA and consists in offering the winner attendance to the next in-person IIASA conference. This will include the travel expenses and possibility to attend and present a poster at the conference (following the IIASA guidelines on travel allowances).
Poster Evaluation Process
The Poster Evaluation Committee will evaluate posters based on scientific quality and relevance to the conference focus.
Travel Assistance for Poster Presenters
Organizers will not be providing travel assistance for participants to attend the conference in Vienna. Upon request, organizers will provide a conference participation confirmation letter to the poster presenter for visa application purposes.
Withdrawing Your Abstract
If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement for this decision must be sent to externalrelations@iiasa.ac.at
