The Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies e.V. (IASS) has invited Wolfgang Lutz to take part in the final discussion round of the project “Demographic Shrinking and Infrastructures”. Organized together with the Berlin-Institute of Population and Development the IASS has invited an exclusive circle of scientists, politicians and entrepreneurs to discuss the future of growth in times of demographic shrinking and the question of sustainable infrastructures in regions with shrinking populations. Among other aspects the focus will be on the future supply of electricity, heat, water, sanitation and schools and the discussion of alternative solutions.
Entitled „What about growth when everything is shrinking“ the workshop will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Klaus Töpfer.
