The Joint Research Centre (JRC) is the European Commission's in-house science service which employs scientists to carry out research in order to provide independent scientific advice and support to EU policy. In its science lecture series it features JRC scientists and external guest speakers to give a presentation on their given topic followed by a Questions and Answer session.

World Population Program Director Wolfgang Lutz will give a lecture under the title "Future demographic trends in Europe, Africa and Asia, and implications for migration" on 3 December 2015, 1.45PM, in Brussels, Belgium.
