Climate experts demand urgent action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This requires national instruments and international agreements on financing action on climate change. The financial framework, however, has always been a cause for debate.
How can Austria increase its effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and consistency in financing action on climate change at national and international level? What are the projects in the field of adaptation to climate change? Are these efforts targeted and are any results visible yet? These and other questions will be discussed by the following guest speakers:
