Brian Fath chaired the International Society for Ecological Modelling (ISEM)'s 20th biennial conference which took place at Towson University in Baltimore, USA from 8 to 12 May, 2016 and gave a keynote presentation on "Flourishing within the Limits to Growth" in honor of the contributions of Sven E. Jørgensen to ecological systems analysis.
