2020 OSCE Asian Conference on Multilateral Responses to the Global Security Challenges

Ingrid Brockova, State Secretary,  Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic; H.E. Agron Tare, Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Republic of Albania; and H.E. Amb. Tuula Yrjölä, OSCE Officer-in-Charge/Secretary General, Director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Centre and Deputy Head of the OSCE Secretariat.

The talk of Nadejda Komendantova is focused on the interdisciplinary approach to governance and decision-making processes under uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and volatility and addressing these challenges by incorporating systems thinking into strategic policy planning, while also tackling social dilemmas and wicked policy issues.
